Ich vernähe auch nicht so gerne, andererseite möchte ich ein Teil dann aber auch natürlich komplett fertig haben, deshalb mache ich es immer sofort...
Viel schlimmer ist das Stricken eines 2. Strumpfes für mich...:-)

habe ich mal wieder angefangen, aus Regia-Baumwoll-Sockenwolle, NS 2,60 M.

Ich bestelle so gut wie nie etwas...Ich habe einmal eine Zeitschrift bestellt, da war das Porto in etwa so hoch wie der Preis für das Heft, das finde ich schon abschreckend...

Stricken als Therapie?! Kannst Du Dir das vorstellen? Erinnerst Du Dich an eine Situation, in der Dir das "Stricken" geholfen hat?

Ich finde Stricken sehr entspannend ( wenn man nicht gerade mit einem Muster kämpft) und denke, das es den meisten so gehen wird....

Beim Aufräumen habe ich einen angefangenen Pulli für meinen süßen kleinen Sohn gefunden, er passt genau zu einer braunen Latzhose mit grünen Hunden.
Der " Süße" wechselt jetzt die Schule und wird im November 10,
so habe ich den Pulli aufgeribbelt und verarbeite die schöne hellgrüne Merinowolle zum nächsten "OSW".

Ich habe weiße Baumwolle gefärbt, in der Waschmaschine mit Simplicol. Ganz dunkelrot sollte sie werden, also habe ich zwei große Päckchen Simplicol in dunkelrot genommen, bei 60 Grad gefärbt und die Wolle wurde schweinchenrosa.So wie ein krankes Schwein, ein sehr krankes Schwein, rosa mit einem deutlichen Graustich...
Dann habe ich sie nochmal dunkelbraun übergefärbt, dunkelbraun ist sie jetzt auch nicht, mehr so Vollmilchschokoladenbraun, das geht aber.
Ich habe eine Jacke angefangen, die von Ärmel zu Ärmel gestrickt wird.



I want to dye white cotton into a dark bloody red, but the colour looks like a piggy-pink. Like a sick pig, nearly dead pig I think.
So I coloured it a second time in the washingmachine with dark brown.
Now it is a lighter brown, like chocolate and I started to knit a cardigan, which is knitted from sleeve to sleeve.

I like wool,merino,cotton,..tweedyarns are very beutiful, I like the Rowan varns and I hateplastic fibres !!

I use a cotton fabric bag for the circular needles and aa other one for the dpn.

I am knitting since I was 5 years old, very long ago...:-) I think I am an advanced knitter.

MP3 is possible, I like Salsa, Pop music like Red Hot Chili peppers, the Dixie Chicks,Shakira,Sheryl Crow,....

my favorite color is a dark bloody red, other colors I like are olive green, browns,craem, white,
I don´t like yellow, pastells,anything with glitter

I am married,2 sons ( 1996 and 2000), 1 daughter ( 2003), now no pets, but we want a beagle, maybe this year..

I love shawls, no hats,mittens and ponchos I wear sometimes

shawls, cardigans, socks

too much...,1 shawl ( Kousa Dogwood shawl from Knitting in America),1 Birch,2 pair of socks, 1 Cardigan ( Folly from Knitty), 1 One skein wonder, I think I forget something....

Only circular needles ( except socks of course), Bamboo or wood

Gerade habe ich mich angemeldet ! Nachdem die Wollfee 3-Aktion so viel Spaß gemacht hat, habe ich mich direkt für die Wollfee 4-Aktion angemeldet. Am 1.7. geht es los....!
