Questionnaire

1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?
I like natural yarns like wool, alpaka, merino,silk...Mostly I like tweed yarns, like "felted tweed" from Rowan I Hate Plastic fibres !

2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?
I have a kneedle case for all my needles which my secret pal ( has sewed for me !

3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I am knitting since I am 5 years old. I think I´m an advanced knitter.

4. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list?
Yes, Amazon.
5. What's your favorite scent? (for candles, bath products, etc.)
In summer lavender, in winter coffee for candles.

6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy?
ONly a little bit. I like things with nuts, peanuts and almonds, chocolate with strange tastes like chili.

7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin?
sewing, quilting, spinning only a little bit.

8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)
Salsa, Flamenco, Dixie chicks, Jazz piano music

9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can't stand?
dark red, olive green, brown,black for accessoires too

10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?
married, three kids

11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?
I like shawls ( lace knitted and can´t get enough), no hats ( doesn´t look good),mittens only when it is very, very cold, more wraps than ponchos

12. What is/are your favorite item/s to knit?
shawls, cardigans, socks

13. What are you knitting right now?
too much the same time...( a striped kid mohair cardigan, a Birch, socks, " Folly" from knitty,a.m.m.

14. Do you like to receive handmade gifts?
Oh yes !!!
15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic?
Only circular needles, Addi bamboo,Rosewood

No, but I would like to have...

1 year, I think, but it is no UFO, is a WIP

I would like to have tweed yarns, books ( see my Amazon wishlist),I would like to feel " Kauni" yarn, I have three subscriptions : INterweave knits, Vogue knitting, Rowan Magazine

21. Are there any new techniques you'd like to learn?
fair isle,knitting arans better than I do now
