This was felted wet ( with water and olive soup)

Am Wochenende war ich bei einem Filzworkshop. Ich habe zwar schon vorher einiges gestrickt und in der Maschine gefilzt, aber jetzt habe ich das Nadelfilzen und Nassfilzen gelernt und es hat mir viel Spaß gemacht. Ich habe mir auch gleich noch einiges an Material mitgenommen und werde dann nochmal einiges ausprobieren....

On saturday I went to a felting-workshop. I had felted knitted things before in my washing machine, but now I have learned felting with needles and wet-felting. I had a lot of fun and there is a lot of material to try it again....

tweed yarns, Alpaka, merino, only natural fibers. i hate plastic yarns !

Vor einiger Zeit habe ich diese drei kleinen Puppen genäht. Meine Tochter hat erst nicht mit ihnen gespielt, aber jetzt hat sie sie entdeckt und ins herz geschlossen...

bei mir in der Nähe gibt es keine regelmäßigen Treffen-leider.Ich war mal in Köln, aber das sind 68 km, das ist zu weit um regelmäßig hinzufahren, leider.Falls es in meiner Nähe etwas geben würde, dann würde ich es sicher ausprobieren.dafür bin ich regelmäßig bei den Treffen meiner Quiltgruppe, das ist auch schön..

Die fingerlosen Handschuhe "Fetching" aus der Winter-knitty sind schon eine Weile fertig :


"Fetching" ( from knitty) are ready-I soon finish a scarf from the same merino wool...

Bisher habe ich einmal mit Ostereierfarben gefärbt und einmal mit Ashford-Farben.
Beide Male war ich überrascht wie das Ergebnis geworden ist, um das mal so zu sagen. Was die Haltbarkeit betrifft : da kann ich noch nicht soviel sagen. Die Ostereiergefärbten Socken habe ich schon häufiger gewaschen, die Farbe ist bisher unverändert, die Ashford-Wolle ist nur angestrickt bisher...Cool aid habe ich dank meiner netten Wollfee hier, aber noch nicht benutzt.
